João Nunes Monteiro distinguished with the Nico 2020 Award by the Academy Portuguese Cinema

The actor João Nunes Monteiro, lead role of the film MOSQUITO, by João Nuno Pinto, is among the young talents distinguished with the NICO award by the Portuguese Film Academy.


"The Portuguese Academy of Cinema has awarded the NICO awards since 2017 with the aim of recognizing and encouraging new talents, professionals whose work stands out in an activity related to Portuguese cinema"


The prizes will be delivered at the Sophia 2020 Awards ceremony on September 17th at Casino Estoril.
